How long does each therapy session take?

A typical therapy session is 50 minutes in length.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?

We use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, meaning we pull from several theoretical frameworks to tailor treatment specific to your needs. We operate from an existential and attachment-focused perspective in both couples and individual work. We also frequently use cognitive-behavioural interventions.
